About Dian
Dian is President of the DFW IT Association, a part-time role in the Dallas-Fort Worth area that started in 2026. Dian spent more than ten years at Paycor, moving from Senior Technical Lead and Principal Software Engineer to Manager of Product Development for its mobile app and platform teams. After Paychex bought Paycor in 2025, Dian kept managing those teams at Paychex. Before Paycor, Dian worked for almost 18 years as a Lead Software Engineer at Thomson Reuters.
