About Sylvia

Sylvia is a data and analytics leader based in Dallas-Fort Worth who currently runs cybersecurity logging and analytics platforms at Toyota North America, after previously managing a team of data scientists there. Before Toyota, Sylvia worked at Nationwide helping business leaders plan and build analytics projects. Sylvia spent eight years at Carilion Clinic, first doing predictive modeling and then working with executives to diagnose operational problems and improve patient care through analytics and process improvement. Sylvia holds Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and CompTIA Security+ certifications.
